Unlike a traditional contract, you’ll never be penalized if a roommate misses a payment or breaks their contract early. Yes, apartments at Union on 5th are fully furnished, including a full XL-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, large desk and chair, and dresser in the bedrooms. The living area is set with a cozy couch, coffee table, end table, and dining room table with chairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy-efficient appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, microwave, barstools, and full-size oven and stove. No need to worry about hiring movers or carrying huge furniture up multiple flights of steps; start living the good life right away!
While we provide most of the furnishings, we still suggest that you bring some things to make your new apartment perfect for you, including bedding for a queen-sized bed and pillow tops or egg crates, toiletries, dishes and cookware, and decorations for the final touch to make it feel like home!

We provide our residents and their guarantors flexibility with payments! While installment payments are always due on the 1st of each month, it can be paid in twelve installments (due August 1st and the 1st of every month thereafter), in semester installments (due August 1st and January 1st), or all upfront (due August 1st).
Mail will be delivered to residents’ apartment mailbox located on the Union on 5th property.
